Introducing

Amidst a tense national climate, community leaders are focused on building goodwill between our communities and local law enforcement.

Problems facing our community.

  • Lack of training for law enforcement.

There are deep inconsistencies in police access to funding, equipment, and even information needed to keep the public safe.

  • Social decay within our communities.

Social decay is quickening. The public feels increasingly uneasy about their safety. Violence is spreading like a virus to our homes,

  • Division between police and the public.

The public needs effective law enforcement now more than ever. Law enforcement needs a public that trusts them.

Restoring hope. Restoring confidence.

We understand that people feel like there are a lack of solutions. We’ve felt that way too.

Now we are working to restore hope and confidence by…

Funding public engagement that brings law enforcement and community together.

Launch a countywide public engagement campaign utilizing a full-time Public Engagement Coordinator who will oversee the website, social media, and help all of our departments share stories of how their officers are keeping York County safe. This will allow our police to do what they best: protect and serve, while we help them engage in the complexity of social media algorithms and artificial intelligence. Every department in the County will be equipped with 21st-century tools to engage the public.

Funding law enforcement equipment that is cutting-edge, transparent, and non-lethal.
